Architettura Discreta Blockbau

Progettazione, produzione ed esposizione al SAIE 2023 del sistema modulare discreto ligneo “LokAlp” tramite l’utilizzo di design computazionale e robotica. Sistema brevettato presso l’Unione Europea il 7 novembre 2023.

How can we translate the knowledge of blockbau tradition according to the new terms of digitization? Thanks to new technologies based on digital fabrication, augmented reality, and generative design, the patented LokAlp system aims to create a true architecture for reuse by using universal wooden blocks without specific functions. Thanks to that, the creativity of the architect of the future who will reuse these components, will no longer be limited: LokAlp will allow for maximum architectural expression and reversibility, demonstrating how the reuse of components in the circular economy is something that is not only feasible, but convenient.
