Atelier Fondamenti di Progettazione E
The design unit develops through a sequence of three exercises that address the four thematic axes of space, distribution, structure and technique.
The first exercise consists in the compositional reading of a work of architecture through its redesign and the realization of a physical model introducing the concept of "architectural board space". The second exercise investigates the different approaches to the design of the individual residence through the reading of a text on contemporary living. The third exercise consists in the design of a small building destined to host residential units in via Borgo Dora in Turin.
The simple architectural program is linked to living in its different possible declinations.
