Post-war reconstruction in Ukraine, following the 2022 Russian invasion, involves restoring infrastructure and addressing war-induced challenges. This study examines the war's impact, reconstruction methods, family types, climate, and building materials. It proposes a systematic approach, analyzing the current situation and developing design projects. The goal is to empower affected people to create their housing projects, considering regional characteristics and diverse family scenarios. Emphasizing independent construction, the study focuses on affordability, convenience, timelines, energy efficiency, durability, and structural variability. It also considers community development to overcome the crisis, aiming for practical, sustainable housing solutions respecting cultural heritage.
