Course presentation

Sustainable and Inclusive Living Project. Biella east urban.

What to do with the substantial industrial heritage dotting the mountain and piedmont territories?
The atelier moves from this question, proposing itself as an imaginative exercise capable of elaborating visions for the future of these embattled valleys, in economic and demographic crisis. An exploration that uses design at the various scales to test new forms of living and producing, centered on the themes of well-being and sustainability, proposing an innovative reuse of a former industrial compartment owned by Fondazione Pistoletto.
