Former Paracchi Carpet Factory POV
Ex tappetificio Paracchi

The Atelier Restoration and Integrated Conservation B, Master's Degree in Architecture for Sustainability, deals with issues related to the conservation of historic built heritage. The aim is to develop a project design within the framework of cultural, economic, social, and environmental sustainability.
The case study of the former Paracchi factory, developed by international students, investigated the relationships between the building's 3D metric documentation, the restoration project, and the structural improvement, thanks to the coordinated contribution of the respective disciplines. This resulted in design proposals that offer the city a response consistent with the initial objectives.
